Hispanic Multi-Purpose Service Center (HMPSC) is a community-based and community operated social service organization committed to the social and economic progress of the residents of Paterson, Passaic County and the State of New Jersey.

HMPCS provides free social and educational services such as AIDS/HIV prevention and education, Utility and Rental Assistance, Family Information and Referrals, Youth and Family Services, Crisis Intervention, Employment Services, a Transitional Housing for Single Women and their children, a Youth Drop-In Center and a food pantry.
